About the Position
We are seeking a Bonus Data Analyst with 2.5+ years of experience in iGaming, Betting, Casino, or Gambling to analyze bonus effectiveness and CRM campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze bonus effectiveness and CRM campaign performance
- Evaluate profitability, ROI, payback, and incremental impact of promotional activities
- Build bonus-related reporting and dashboards
- Conduct customer segmentation and retention analysis
- Validate data quality and reconcile metrics across multiple sources
- Identify bonus abuse patterns and suspicious behavior
- Partner with CRM, Product, Finance, and Risk teams to improve bonus strategy
Requirements
- 2.5+ years of experience in Product, CRM, Marketing, Retention, or Data Analytics
- Mandatory experience in iGaming, Betting, Casino, or Gambling
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with bonus mechanics and campaign analytics
- Understanding of GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, and profitability metrics
- Experience working with large transactional datasets
- Tableau experience is a plus
- Python knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
