About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst / Business Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in financial data analysis to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Automate the processing of financial and transactional data;
- Develop internal applications, scripts, and processing tools;
- Automate transaction-level reconciliations, matching, and discrepancy detection;
- Work with large volumes of structured data;
- Create tools for financial and management reporting;
- Optimize existing processes within the Finance department;
- Independently design solution logic, test it, and take ownership of the final result.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience;
- Experience working with financial, transactional, or large volumes of structured data;
- Understanding of databases, data processing, matching, grouping, and data aggregation;
- Confident use of AI tools to solve practical tasks;
- Experience in automation, script development, or building internal tools and applications;
- Strong analytical and systems thinking;
- High attention to detail, especially when working with financial data.
