About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in eliciting, structuring, and writing clear, high-quality technical and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in complicated, dynamic environments with a high level of uncertainty and complex cross-unit dependencies.
Locations: All, Armenia, Cyprus, Poland

Responsibilities
- Drive business analysis activities for launching a new domain.
- Act as the primary bridge between the Product team and the Technical team.
- Translate business needs into actionable deliverables for development.
- Actively manage and groom the backlog, ensuring alignment with product expectations.
- Ensure business stakeholders have transparency on progress, priorities, and decisions.
Requirements

Core Skills:
- Exceptional core Business Analysis skills.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of BPMN, UML, and system/block diagrams.
- Proven experience drafting BRDs and decomposing them into backlog items.
- Knowledge of BABOK principles would be an advantage.

Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Experience with API documentation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and UX research principles.
- Productive experience in the iGaming industry, specifically with casino games and slot mechanics.
Nice to Have
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and tech teams.
- Strategic thinking and ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes and tech solutions.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, high adaptability, and the ability to navigate high-uncertainty environments independently.
