Responsibilities

• Support the integration of a new bank into the group structure from a business/analytical perspective
• Coordinate topics related to risk models and their catalogue
• Act as a bridge between business, risk stakeholders, and IT
• Gather, structure, document, and manage business and functional requirements
• Lead structured discussions with stakeholders
• Prioritize requirements based on business impact
• Track project progress, open points, risks, and dependencies
• Escalate issues when needed and propose possible solutions
• Work with internal and external team members across Vienna, Bratislava, and Warsaw
• Use standard tools and ways of working such as Jira and Scrum
• Perform basic data analysis / EDA using SQL or Python where needed

Requirements

• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management
• Ability to manage a complex project from a business/analytical perspective
• Experience with creating and managing functional requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead structured discussions and align multiple stakeholders
• Business-oriented profile with analytical thinking
• Consulting profile, ideally with Big4 experience
• Ability to prioritize requirements based on business impact
• Ability to track project progress, escalate issues, and propose solutions
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, e.g. SQL or Python
• Experience with Jira and Scrum

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in risk / risk management
• Experience in compliance, finance, or a regulated environment
• Experience with risk models or model catalogue topics
• Previous experience from Big4 or consulting environment
• German or Polish language skills
