About the Position
Delta M - a product IT company that is part of the international Delta M Group. For over 18 years, we have been developing and implementing software solutions worldwide.
Our software - Delta M CRM and Delta Tel - is used by 100+ banking and financial institutions in more than 20 countries across Eurasia, Africa, and Latin America.

Responsibilities
- Configuring the CRM system according to business logic
- Working with integrations (CRM, telephony, external systems)
- Analyzing data and verifying the correctness of integrations
- Participating in the testing of implemented solutions
- Working with databases, analyzing client business processes, and transforming them into system requirements
- Collecting, detailing, and documenting functional and technical requirements
- Preparing technical tasks for developers and controlling their implementation
- Communicating with the team and clients
Requirements
- Understanding of REST API and integrations between systems
- Practical experience with SQL (complex SQL queries, joins, filtering, data analysis)
- Understanding of business process logic and system analysis principles
- High level of independence in work and ability to make decisions within the project
- Developed time management and task prioritization skills
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and technical teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with telephony systems or contact centers
- Experience with webhooks, API requests, integration scenarios
- Understanding of data transfer logic between CRM or ERP systems
- Experience participating in CRM implementation or business process automation projects
