Responsibilities
- Timely response to customer inquiries.
- Solving problems at the technical level.
- Assigning tasks to the second line of support with a description.
- Monitoring the deadlines for completing tasks related to inquiries.
Requirements
- Technical education
- Experience working with the console (cmd).
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 (would be a plus).
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 (required).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, at least 3 months of experience, select, join.
- Experience with any CRM system (a plus).
- Basic knowledge of API processes.
- Competent written and spoken language.
- Strong communication skills, responsibility.

- Work schedule during the probationary period Mon-Fri: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Kyiv time (on-call duty on weekends, 1-2 times a month).
