We develop and operate software in areas that support payroll administration, organizational structure, and financial management for customers in the public sector in Denmark. Regions and municipalities have a strong focus on efficiency, and this is where our solutions have a role.

We work continuously with a strong focus on quality, modernization, and development of our software so that it supports the customers' needs in the best possible way. You will be part of a strong team that solves exciting development tasks of high quality and focuses on the utilization of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer's work and the customer's requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into well-described user stories with clear requirements that can be understood by your fellow developers.

  • Continuously update documentation – both externally and internally.
  • Prepare test cases and perform tests (system, integration, and user tests).
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops with clients.
  • Provide input to the team's Product Owner regarding, among other things, prioritization and estimation of the tasks.

Requirements

  • Have a master's degree or a shorter higher education in Business or IT.
  • Have strong analytical skills and the courage to familiarize yourself with a complex area.
  • See the use of AI as a positive opportunity and not a threat.
  • Have good communication skills both in writing and orally.
  • Can translate your experience in balancing business considerations and functional requirements in IT projects into concrete results.
  • Strive to gain an understanding of Payroll, Financial Management, and Bookkeeping.
  • Can work both in close collaboration and independently and know when to seek help from colleagues.
  • Are fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • You are a team player who contributes with energy, humor, and the will to succeed.

We Offer

  • Flexible working hours with the opportunity to organize your own time.
  • Possibility of working from home.
  • Ability to put your fingerprint on methods and your own tasks.
  • The position is in an exciting company that is in rapid development and has a strong focus on AI.
  • Attractive salary according to qualifications.
  • Attractive lunch, fruit, and coffee/tea scheme.
  • Active staff association that organizes good social events.
  • In-house clinic with e.g. physiotherapist as a supplement to health insurance.
  • Place of employment in Aarhus.
