About the Position

FEL261020P2A1: Business & Project Analyst AI & Automation | Brussels | 60% Remote

We're seeking a Business & Project Analyst AI & Automation to join our energy sector team in Brussels, focusing on leveraging AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the business in leveraging new technologies to achieve efficiency and help navigate the increasingly complex operational reality.
• Define business expectations and link with the implementation teams.
• Be a spokesperson for the use of AI and automation within the company.
• Based on business needs, analyse and describe the requirements for the solution.
• Use your knowledge of AI to apply it in a TSO setting.
• Assess the value of AI and automation use cases.
• Coordinate the implementation of new technologies from different fields within cross-functional projects.
• Train and help the business to use tools optimally.

Requirements

• At least 14 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of experience in a similar role.
• Initial professional experience in the implementation of AI within a large company, preferably within a regulated environment such as TSOs.
• Excellent command of Dutch and/or French and an excellent command of English.
• Degree in civil engineering or commercial engineering, a master's degree in science or an equivalent degree.
• In-depth knowledge of the different types of AI and automation that exist on the market.
• In-depth knowledge of project management.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, take initiatives, and work in a solution-oriented manner.
• Very customer-focused, flexible, critically minded, and a true team player.

Project Details

• Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week, 60% remote
• Workload: 100% (Monday to Friday)
• Start: ASAP (planned 02.11.2026)
• Duration: until 31.12.2027, 14 months, extension possible
• Non-EU candidates: a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium are required
