About the Position
We are looking for a Business Controller (M/F/D) for our client, a dynamically growing production company. The candidate will be a key partner for the management team in making business decisions. This role involves providing reliable financial and operational analysis, identifying business opportunities and risks, and supporting the organization in achieving strategic goals. The role offers extensive exposure to business processes, direct collaboration with local management and the global finance team.

Responsibilities
- Preparing regular management reports and financial and operational analyses.
- Analyzing the profitability of products, clients, projects, and business areas.
- Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitoring budget execution and identifying deviations with recommended corrective actions.
- Supporting managers in cost analysis and process efficiency.
- Collaborating with the global finance team on reporting, financial planning, business analysis, and implementing controlling standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with departments: Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, and Finance.
- Developing reporting tools and controlling processes.
- Partnering with management to support the development and implementation of strategies.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics, finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business or financial controller, preferably in a production environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw practical business conclusions.
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Independence, initiative, and ability to collaborate with the business.
