Business Data Analyst (Affiliate Marketing)

About the Position

We are seeking a Business Data Analyst (Affiliate Marketing) to join Newgmedia, a multi-award-winning gambling company. This role focuses on optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns through data-driven insights, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and collaboration with marketing teams. You will analyze key metrics to improve campaign performance and contribute to the development of predictive models that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs such as user retention, profitability, ARPU, ROI, LTV, and conversion to optimize affiliate marketing strategies.
• Evaluating and improving the effectiveness of campaigns, partner programs, and promotions.
• Conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and proposing optimizations.
• Analyzing and optimizing internal processes, including transaction processing and partner program management.
• Implementing automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assisting in building data models and providing analytical insights for strategic planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Firebase), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPC, CPA, revenue sharing) and KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, ROI).
• Knowledge of the affiliate marketing ecosystem (publishers, advertisers, networks).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to market changes and trends.
• Proficiency in English, Ukrainian/Russian language is a must.

• Experience in gambling or affiliate marketing.
