About the Position

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our team in New York, USA, focusing on generating leads and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Implement business development initiatives
• Grow and improve client relationship management
• Generate successful sales growth
• Understand our competitive advantages and formulate solution proposals
• Identify new opportunities
• Qualify prospects
• Drive new business through the sales process, including presentations and negotiations/closing deals

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager in Software Engineering
• Knowledge of the business ethics basics
• Competent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of the sales process
• Strong understanding of the IT industry
• Knowledge of Software Engineering technologies and processes

• Work with incoming leads from various channels
