About the Position
UnderDefense is a Security Automation platform dedicated to simplifying Cybersecurity for every organization. We provide 24×7 Threat Monitoring, enabling compliance and eliminating cyberattack risks. Our innovative approach is changing the way security is delivered and setting a new standard. We are looking for a Business Development Representative focused primarily on outbound cold calling to join our team in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to target accounts
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for Account Executives
- Book qualified meetings and open opportunities in CRM
- Work with predefined ICP lists while contributing insights to improve targeting
- Follow up with prospects via email and LinkedIn after calls
- Track all activity and pipeline data in HubSpot and sales tools
- Analyze conversion rates and continuously optimize outreach approach
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with sales to improve messaging and qualification quality
- Learn UnderDefense solutions and understand customer use cases
Requirements
- 1–3+ years experience in outbound sales / SDR / BDR / cold calling roles
- Experience generating pipeline via outbound efforts
- Comfortable communicating with enterprise decision makers
- Experience working with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to track and optimize outreach performance metrics
