About the Position
Business Operations Lead
Headway is on a mission to build a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access. We're looking for a Business Operations Lead to join our team and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance our pod-level objectives. This role is remote and offers a competitive salary range of $105.4K – $155K per year, along with equity.
Responsibilities
As a Business Operations Lead, you will:
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance pod-level objectives.
- Build and operate scalable workflows and processes that improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
- Leverage data tools to extract insights, validate assumptions, and inform decisions.
- Plan, execute, and deliver initiatives end-to-end by setting clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies.
- Proficiency with AI & data tools (e.g., Looker, Excel, SQL, dashboards).
- Ability to design systems with scale in mind.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across teams.
- Motivation to make an impact on affordable mental healthcare.

- Background in consulting, finance, or business operations.
