Buyer Onboarding Support Agent - German and Portuguese Speaker (F/M/X)

About the Position

Are you ready to drive the future of the B2B automotive market? We are looking for a Buyer Onboarding Support Agent to join our client's team and help newly registered buyers successfully navigate their leading online auction platform.

Our client operates a premier European B2B marketplace for car dealers, seamlessly connecting used-vehicle vendors with buyers across the continent. As part of the Onboarding Support Team, you will be the face of the company-the first point of contact for new buyers, providing them with the training, tools, and confidence they need to close their first deals.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions for newly registered buyers, ensuring they become familiar with the platform and fully understand our selling conditions.
• Buyer Discovery Sessions: Engage with buyers to assess their needs, preferences, and potential, recording all relevant details in Salesforce (SF) for future reference.
• Onboarding Follow-Up Coordination: Proactively follow up with buyers after onboarding to ensure they feel confident and prepared to start purchasing.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and coaching
• Proactiveness and soft skills is mandatory
• Experience in customer relation position is mandatory
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Basic car knowledge / interest is a plus
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability
• Languages:
  • English (minimum level C1)
  • Portuguese (native level or equivalent)
  • German: Advanced Level (minimum level C1)

We Offer

• Salary: €1,600/gross per month
• Employment Type: Certain Term Contract directly with the client (4 years, 90 days trial period)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm (Portuguese bank holidays)
• Weekends off
• Meal allowance of 7€ per day worked (no meal allowance card)
• Quarterly performance bonus (3-month incentive periods, dependent on approval each cycle)
• Private healthcare
• Work Model: Hybrid (first month on site, in Avenida da Liberdade; after that: one week 3 days at the office, second week: 2 days at the office)
