About the Position
We are seeking an experienced C/C++ Developer to join our team and participate in the development of the core of a visualization and simulation system with extreme performance demands, scene scale, and realism of display.
Responsibilities
- Development and expansion of a proprietary graphics engine
- Implementation of advanced rendering techniques
- Creation of systems for displaying vast terrains, vegetation, animations, particles, decals
- Performance optimization and design of efficient algorithms
- Collaboration with other teams – e.g., in creating tools for content creators or physical simulations
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of C++ and experience in developing medium to large-scale projects
- Experience with real-time rendering and graphics systems
- Knowledge of 3D graphics principles, optimizations, and visualization algorithms
- Experience with development tools and familiarity with modern software development practices
- Ability to independently design and implement parts of the system
- Communicative knowledge of English
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of HLSL, LUA, or another scripting language
- Experience in developing custom engines or visualization systems
- Understanding of environmental physics (e.g., destruction, propagation, ballistics)
- Previous work on technically demanding projects in the fields of simulation, game development, or research
- A relationship with technical detail and a desire to create complex systems from scratch
