Senior Automic Consultant

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automic Consultant with extensive experience in enterprise automation environments to join our team in Vienna, Austria or Bratislava, Slovakia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions, workshops, and coaching.
• Perform post-upgrade health checks and stabilization assessments.
• Review Automic configuration against current best practices.
• Assess system architecture, performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Identify optimization opportunities and provide prioritized recommendations.
• Evaluate hybrid cloud readiness and architecture suitability.
• Support architecture and design discussions through advisory and review sessions.
• Prepare assessment reports, documentation, risk analyses, and improvement roadmaps.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Automic.
• Experience with enterprise Automic environments.
• Knowledge of Automic system architecture.
• Experience with Automation Engine settings.
• Knowledge of Work Process (WP) and Java Work Process (JWP) configuration.
• Experience with execution queues, agent utilization, and database interaction.
• Experience reviewing system performance and scalability.
• Understanding of connectivity and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud-related Automic topics.
• Experience with hybrid cloud considerations.
• Experience with enterprise architecture.
• Ability to lead workshops, coaching sessions, and technical review sessions.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, assessment reports, and recommendations.
