About the Position

Chief of Staff to CEO

The Chief of Staff to CEO acts as the CEO’s strategic and operational partner, helping translate company vision into structured execution across the organization. This role sits at the center of operations, delivery, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring teams move in sync, priorities are clearly defined, and strategic initiatives are executed with consistency and accountability. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to improve operational efficiency, strengthen execution discipline, and help scale the company through better structure, governance, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational execution across the company, ensuring strong collaboration between departments and high execution standards.
• Drive and improve cross-functional delivery processes across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Operations teams.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans with clear ownership, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Act as a key operational partner to the CEO, connecting strategic direction with day-to-day execution.
• Partner closely with the leadership team to support business growth through scalable operations and execution excellence.
• Build, optimize, and scale operational frameworks, governance processes, and internal workflows.
• Support organizational growth by improving operational structure, team alignment, and execution discipline.
• Drive prioritization and resource allocation across teams to ensure efficient use of people, time, and business resources.
• Ensure company initiatives, operational priorities, and leadership decisions are clearly communicated and effectively implemented.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Provide the CEO with clear operational visibility, reporting, and insights around execution progress, risks, and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Chief of Staff, COO, Operations, Delivery, PMO, or other senior operational leadership roles within product technology companies.
• Strong expertise in operational execution and cross-functional delivery within Product and Engineering environments.
• Experience scaling organizations and building structured, efficient operational processes.
• Strong understanding of operational management, prioritization, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Experience working closely with C-level stakeholders and aligning multiple business functions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, team scaling, and operational development.
• Experience in iGaming or other fast-scaling digital businesses is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
