We are seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take product ownership from the founders and lead the next phase of a rapidly expanding Digital Health scale-up in Germany. Backed by massive engineering firepower, your core mandate is to transform a battle-tested internal platform into a scalable, commercially licensable, and fully compliant B2B HealthTech SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy, own the roadmap, and define exactly what gets built and why.
• Bridge clinical requirements with engineering, ensuring a smooth transition from medical needs to technical execution.
• Take full ownership of product decision-making, ensuring it scales efficiently beyond founder bandwidth.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in Digital Health or strictly regulated B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of shipping healthcare products in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and what happens inside a Praxis, MVZ, or Pflegeheim.
• A winner's mentality: comfortable with early-stage ambiguity, capable of structuring engineering alignment, and strong enough to push back on founders when necessary.
• Fluent English is a must. German and Spanish: professional working proficiency is a big plus.
