Senior Data Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience in data analysis to join our team. You will work closely with business stakeholders to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with different teams to understand their needs, shape technical approaches, and bring them to life
• Analyse complex data to identify patterns, surface insights, and guide strategic and day-to-day decisions
• Build and manage dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into data questions
• Design and build data models and storage solutions using Snowflake
• Set up and maintain data pipelines that bring data from different sources into Snowflake
• Create and support database elements such as views and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data-focused roles, with a strong emphasis on data analysis
• Proven expertise in analysing and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable business insights, not just reports or dashboards
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including a solid understanding of its internal architecture and common usage patterns
• Strong command of SQL, especially performance-tuned queries for large-scale datasets
• Familiarity with data modelling principles, structured storage, and ETL/ELT workflows
• Experience with modern data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience with AWS services in a data environment, such as S3, Redshift, Lambda, or Glue - mandatory
• Exposure to data engineering tasks, including building and maintaining data pipelines
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into data-driven solutions
• Ability to work in hybrid analytical-engineering environments
• Excellent written and spoken English
