Job description

Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

mcpk. is an international tech recruitment partner connecting top-tier European consultants and engineers with leading businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). At mcpk., we focus on lasting success rather than quick wins. Thanks to our deep market expertise, we often find the right fit among the very first candidates-moving forward only when we are confident in a 100% mutual match that lasts for years, not months.

You can expect a true full-cycle partnership from us: we guide you closely from the initial call to salary alignment and final offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and transparent transition to your new permanent role in the DACH region.

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant specialising in Supply Chain Management to become a driving force within a sophisticated enterprise environment. Your core mandate is to analyse, optimise, and deploy heavy-duty ERP solutions that transform production and logistics workflows for a major international manufacturing ecosystem. By joining this team, you will get:

  • Joining a highly capable, self-organised department of 25 consultants backed by a dedicated team of 10 developers. This means zero administrative bottlenecks and a true focus on high-impact solution design.
  • Tackling complex manufacturing, warehouse management (WMS), and master planning scenarios for real production facilities where your architectural choices instantly impact physical operations.
  • Operating in a flat hierarchy, promoting open communication, high self-organisation, and strong team spirit where every voice shapes the project outcome.
  • Onboarding on-site in Graz (Austria) for the first 1–2 months, followed by a highly flexible hybrid/remote setup across Austria, neighbouring countries, or regions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to dissect complex production processes and translate them into robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configurations.
  • Own the functional design, setup, and end-to-end implementation of SCM and manufacturing modules.
  • Lead engaging technical workshops and user training sessions, bridging the gap between system capabilities and everyday factory/warehouse workflows.
  • Oversee critical delivery phases including data migration, third-party integrations, and functional customisations, acting as the primary link to the development team.
  • Track the Microsoft release ecosystem, proactively advising internal teams and customers on new features, upgrades, and system best practices.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or similar ERP systems) with a heavy focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Deep business process understanding of production management, warehouse operations, and master planning. A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or Supply Chain Management is highly preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
  • Strong system-of-records thinking. While you won't write code, the ability to read and debug system errors to troubleshoot implementation issues is a big plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (project-based, well-planned, and blocked around 20–50% max) to sync with physical production environments when necessary.

We Offer

  • Comprehensive paid annual vacation and fully covered sick leave.
  • High-performance laptop tailored to your technical requirements.
  • A competitive annual salary (depending strictly on your experience and qualifications).
  • Flexible working hours and a sustainable remote/hybrid work policy (following your initial 1- 2 months of onboarding in Graz).
  • Long-term career progression in a stable, fast-growing industrial tech environment.

If you believe you are a great fit, we would love to explore the opportunity to work with you!
