About the Position

Uklon is a technology company that developed the eponymous mobile application. Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, Uklon Store, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service. As of August 2026, Uklon operates internationally across two countries - Ukraine and Uzbekistan. The service currently covers 31 Ukrainian cities and the Bukovel resort, as well as Tashkent and 5 regional hubs across the Fergana Valley in Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities

Coordination of day-to-day project activities across business, commercial, operations, legal, and Product/IT teams
Participation in cross-functional projects, supporting delivery from initiation to completion
Assistance in preparing project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk tracking
Maintaining regular communication with project stakeholders and ensuring information transparency
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalating when needed
Preparing project reports (presentations) and supporting analysis of project results and effectiveness
Improving internal project management tools, templates, and processes
Executing assigned project tasks independently and supporting senior project leads when required

Challenges for the First Three Months

Gain a full understanding of the scope and pace of the three ongoing projects
Design new projects and take full ownership of their implementation
Set up regular reporting and analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects
Successfully onboard into the team and master core company processes
Be fluent and productive in all tools used by the department
Contribute to the implementation of existing tasks and projects, and successfully complete them

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional, business-driven projects OR operational management
Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools, Google Slides (BI tools are a plus)
Practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)
Strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency, and financial impact metrics
Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
High level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency is preferable
Project Management certifications will be a plus

Working Hours

8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday
Cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
