Job description
About the Position
Communications Coordinator - Corporate Communications (Maternity cover)
Connect EG’s people through compelling internal stories, AI communication, and employer branding - bringing structure, creativity, and momentum to channels, markets, and moments that matter.
Coordinate the internal stories that keep a Nordic software company's people connected - across channels, markets, and moments that matter.
Do you want to play a central role in coordinating and producing communication for a Nordic software company?
Are you a structured, curious storyteller who thrives when juggling channels, deadlines, and stakeholders at once?
Then you might be our new Communications Coordinator. This role is a maternity cover for approximately 12 months.
Responsibilities
As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will:
- Own internal communication campaigns and employee content - writing news articles and employer stories, and distributing them across channels such as Viva, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
- Drive internal AI communication - newsletters, intranet content, and presentations that bring the AI agenda to life for employees.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in close collaboration with HR.
- Plan simple video productions, from scripting and coordination to light editing.
- Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations for internal and management use.
- Maintain communication templates, channel governance, and reporting routines.
- Handle ad hoc communication tasks and requests as they arise.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience from a communications role, with a strong pen in both English and Danish.
- Enjoy writing and talking to employees to uncover and tell the good stories.
- Curious about AI and comfortable putting it to work in your everyday communication tasks.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, with a structured, detail-oriented approach and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Practical, collaborative, and able to keep projects moving independently, even with many moving parts.
Nice to Have
- Experience with video production.
- Familiarity with additional communication tools and platforms.
We Offer
- Real ownership of a broad range of internal communication projects, spanning strategic and hands-on tasks.
- A central role in keeping employees across EG's global organization informed, engaged, and connected.
- The chance to support EG's AI-first strategy through initiatives like AI newsletters, intranet content, and town-hall content.
- A close-knit, collaborative Nordic communications team built on trust and openness.
- A daily workplace in Ballerup, in an environment focused on quality and innovation.
