Community Manager (Instagram)

About the Position

Havas Digital - a digital agency within Havas Village Ukraine, creating effective digital solutions for local and international brands.

We are looking for a Community Manager who will help maintain high-quality brand communication on Instagram, interact promptly with the audience, and adhere to the brand's tone of voice.

Format of Cooperation

• Freelance
• Project-based employment
• Part-time - about 3 hours a day
• Must be available for prompt response between 10:00 and 20:00 (part-time).

Your Tasks

• Posting content on Instagram (up to 10 posts per month);
• Moderating comments and timely interaction with the audience;
• Monitoring brand mentions, UGC content, and reposts;
• Preparing comments for reposts in accordance with the brand's tone of voice;
• Interacting with the team and client regarding current issues.

We Expect You To

• Have 2 years of experience as a Community Manager, social media moderator, or copywriter;
• Have experience working with international brands (experience in the fashion industry is a plus);
• Fluently and competently speak Ukrainian;
• Be able to quickly adapt to the brand's tone of voice;
• Be attentive to detail, responsible, and self-organized;
• Be ready to be in touch daily for prompt communication.
