Responsibilities

The Consultant (m/w/d) IT Storytelling & Präsentation will develop visual concepts for our IT infrastructure solutions and support our consultants.

Specifically, this includes:

• Analyzing technical, strategic, and business content related to IT infrastructure
• Translating abstract ideas into understandable, target-group-oriented presentation formats
• Supporting the establishment of a uniform information and knowledge management across the business area
• Preparing for board meetings within the S-Finanzgruppe
• Organizing internal and external training sessions and webinars
• Participating in the conception and implementation of structural and organizational developments of the business area

Requirements

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration, or a comparable education with an IT background
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience in the preparation of IT structures, preferably in the hardware sector
• Strong ability to quickly understand and visualize complex information
• Strong storytelling and structuring skills, as well as excellent knowledge of PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, confident and respectful demeanor towards different interlocutors
• Structured and independent working style, high goal orientation, strong assertiveness and conflict management skills, and customer-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work 2 days per week at our Münster location
