We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager for the Polish market to join fonio, Europe's leader in AI phone agents. You'll shape our brand voice and drive growth for our rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Own website and landing page copy for the Polish-speaking market
• Write high-performing copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
• Script ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social
• Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms
• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content
• Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing, and performance insights
• Help shape product positioning and go-to-market messaging

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing
• Experience in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment
• Outstanding writing skills in Polish
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copy
• Analytical mindset and a passion for experimentation
• Native-level Polish and fluent English
