About the Position
Copilot Studio AI Engineers
Build the Next Generation of AI Solutions at ING
As a Copilot Studio AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain AI agents and solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop reusable AI components and agentic solution patterns
- Apply prompt engineering best practices
- Design grounding and context-management approaches
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft technologies, APIs, and connectors
- Conduct testing, validation, and production deployments
- Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements
- Collaborate with business and operations teams
Requirements
- 3–6 years of software development or automation experience
- Proven experience building GenAI solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of AI development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and AI agent design
- Experience with API integrations and Microsoft ecosystem technologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Knowledge of grounding strategies
- Skills in AI agent design
