About the Position

Counsel Legal-Greater China 大中华区企业法务（应届生岗）

支持法务部和各瑞萨实体日常法务工作的需求。

LD’s daily work requirements and support to other Renesas group companies.

Responsibilities

• 起草、预审和修改各类法律文书
• 对业务部门提出的法律问题提供法律意见
• 公司股东决议、董事会决议相关文件起草
• 公司变更登记或备案相关手续办理
• 公司证照管理
• 公司合同起草、审核，日常管理及存档
• 法律法规更新
• 合规相关业务
• 其它由上级交宪的工作

Requirements

• 全日制法律专业本科以上学历
• 0-2年以上知名律师事务所或跨国企业同岗位工作经验
• 有海外英语国家学习及工作经历优先
