About the Position
We are seeking a Country Operations Coordinator with experience in project management and operations to join our team and oversee task implementation across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of tasks and delegate responsibilities across the department.
- Assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain.
- Evaluate the results of tasks to verify their efficacy.
- Serve as a bridge between various team members.
- Improve procedures to maximize team productivity.
- Foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager or project coordinator.
- Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of the basics of operations management.
- Basic understanding of the iGaming domain.
- Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
- Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
