Uklon is a technology company that developed the eponymous mobile application. Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, Uklon Store, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service. As of August 2026, Uklon operates internationally across two countries - Ukraine and Uzbekistan. The service currently covers 31 Ukrainian cities and the Bukovel resort, as well as Tashkent and 5 regional hubs across the Fergana Valley in Uzbekistan.

Hiring Process

Responsibilities

• Developing creative ideas and concepts for performance and brand communications, presenting them, defending them, and overseeing their implementation
• Maintaining a consistent brand tone of voice: writing texts, establishing guidelines, and templates
• Creating texts for video and radio adverts
• Creating texts for apps, brand landing pages, and banners
• Providing briefs to designers and coordinating with them to ensure the implementation of a cohesive creative concept
• Advising freelance copywriters where necessary to ensure brand consistency
• Using AI tools to generate creative content, optimize design processes, and streamline routine tasks

Challenges for Three Months

• Completing tasks within a sprint while maintaining an SLA of at least 90%
• Proposing one creative idea outside the scope of current tasks, which has the potential to strengthen the brand or its communication
• Working with clients from different teams and specialists (design, motion, etc.), independently finalizing materials and processing comprehensive feedback
• Independently completing at least 2–3 tasks of varying complexity – from developing a copywriting concept to adapting it for the required channels

Requirements

• Creativity and the ability to generate ideas within the scope of a given brief
• The ability to adapt texts for different communication channels, formats, and the brand’s tone of voice
• A high level of literacy and writing skills in the Ukrainian language
• The ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
• An understanding of the principles of conceptual thinking and the ability to develop creative ideas
• The ability to manage tasks independently within one’s area of responsibility
• The ability to justify and present one’s own solutions to the team
• Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and adherence to deadlines
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
