About the Position

Customer Due Diligence - Business Analyst

Location: Taguig, Filippine

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Due Diligence - Business Analyst to join our team at ING Hubs in Taguig, Filippine. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and tracking customer journeys, creating and delivering relevant products and pricing, marketing and/or channel strategies, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• 3rd Line of Defense Risk Management: Assist with the independent assessment of the effectiveness of internal controls regarding the risks to the organization's business processes and assets.
• Audit Compliance: Carry out specified audit activities and draft reports of findings, including recommended corrective actions.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
• Data Management: Provide support and advice to help others get the most out of data management systems.
• Document Preparation: Edit documents in line with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.
• Insights and Reporting: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
• Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
• Recommendations: Advise managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
