About the Position
Customer Service Associate with French
Join our team in Warszawa, Poland, as a Customer Service Associate with French proficiency. Handle purchase orders, invoices, and customer queries.
Responsibilities
- Working with purchase orders and invoices – entering data into forms
- Investigating and resolving queries related to order entry, responding promptly to the needs of internal and external customers
- Entering orders in SAP
- Monitoring and overseeing open orders
Requirements
- French language (B2)
- English language (B2)
- Resourcefulness and independence – must have
- Ability to work end-to-end (from order entry to issue resolution)
- SAP – nice to have, but not required
