Data Analyst in DFW

About the Position

Confidential Advisor Recruiting is currently seeking a Data Analyst in DFW for a role with a large company establishing a research group. The position requires a Master or Ph.D. level candidate with a background in Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, or Operations Research. The role involves using analytics to review large data sets obtained from sensor data at facilities distributed throughout the nation. You will be making models that will be used in the company and need to be coded in an object-oriented language such as Java, C++ or VB.net.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive models
• Analyze large data sets using tools like Hadoop
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into company operations

Requirements

• Master or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, or Operations Research
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Hadoop, Predictive Analytics, and Predictive Modeling
• Experience coding in Java, C++, or VB.net
