About the Position

Uklon is a technology company that developed the eponymous mobile application. Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, Uklon Store, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service. As of August 2026, Uklon operates internationally across two countries - Ukraine and Uzbekistan. The service currently covers 31 Ukrainian cities and the Bukovel resort, as well as Tashkent and 5 regional hubs across the Fergana Valley in Uzbekistan.

Join us as a Data Analyst Middle (Delivery).

Responsibilities

• Consolidating and analyzing information from internal data sources (DWH) relating to customers, orders, and countries
• Preparing, generating, and automating operational reporting in Tableau
• Analyzing data to obtain valuable information, new insights (data mining)
• Identifying patterns and explaining events through data
• Promptly handling ad hoc requests from colleagues
• Organizing and visualizing data (systematization - this does not involve Data Engineering tasks, DevOps responsibilities, etc.)

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying data (window functions, data aggregation); daily use is a must-have
• Proficiency in one BI tool (Tableau - preferred, QlikView, Power BI, or others)
• Broad marketing expertise: understanding of demand, supply, funnels, and customer analytics (cohort analysis, RFM analysis, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above

• Experience in using Python to work with big data
