Responsibilities

• Support ING customers through chat and voice channels, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with confidence.
• Manage end-to-end customer requests and complaint resolution while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Handle complex customer cases and contribute to team productivity and operational excellence.
• Collaborate across teams and continuously develop expertise across multiple Retail Operations processes.

Requirements

• College graduate with at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Retail Banking, Shared Services, or a BPO environment.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to navigate complex processes and procedures.
• Collaborative team player with a learning mindset and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
