Responsibilities

As a Specialist within Retail Banking Operations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless banking operations. You will:

• Support customers through chat and voice channels, assisting with banking products, payments, cards, and online banking inquiries.
• Manage customer requests and complaints from start to resolution while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, adhering to risk controls, and identifying service improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, handling complex cases and supporting team performance and productivity goals.

Requirements

• Fluent in GERMAN language, must have a B2 certification.
• College graduate with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Retail Banking, Shared Services, or a BPO environment.
• Strong English communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex processes.
• Collaborative and adaptable team player who can work independently and excel in a dynamic environment.
