Delphi Full-Stack Developer/95% HO

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Delphi Full-Stack Developer to join our team for a 6-month project with an option to extend. The role will focus on desktop applications, backend services, APIs, and data layers for our client eMan and their end clients.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development and maintenance across desktop, backend, data, and API layers.
• Development of applications and services in Delphi and C#.
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs and integrations with ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.
• Analysis of requirements and proposal of technical solutions and estimates.
• Refactoring and improvement of existing modules.
• Addressing technical debt and contributing to system improvements.
• Working as part of an Agile Scrum team.
• Development of unit tests and execution of white-box testing.
• Maintenance of technical documentation.
• Providing 3rd-level support for production issues.
• Contribution to technology modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with Legacy Delphi, specifically Delphi 10 Magento.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with implementing and consuming APIs.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with JSON and XML.
• Experience using packages and libraries.
• Experience working in a Scrum environment.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel onsite to Budapest approximately once per month.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C# development.
• Experience with integrations to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or PLM.
• Experience with refactoring legacy systems.
• Experience addressing technical debt.
• Experience with modernization of older applications.
• Experience with unit testing and white-box testing.
• Experience providing 3rd-level production support.
• Previous full-stack development experience across desktop and backend applications.
