About the Position
We are seeking a skilled DevOps / Platform Engineer to join Alif Tech, a leading IT company in Tajikistan, to ensure IT infrastructure security.
Alif Tech is one of the leading IT companies in Tajikistan. We create digital products for millions of users. We develop websites, applications, and modern solutions for automating business processes.
Responsibilities
- Configuration and deployment of systems on virtual machines: Docker, systemd
- Deployment and management of Kubernetes / K3s clusters from scratch, including high availability (HA) configuration
- Work with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Configuration and support of CI/CD pipelines: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or their analogs
- Monitoring of infrastructure and systems: Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki / VictoriaLogs
- Management of sensitive information: HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager or their analogs
- Infrastructure management as code: Terraform, Ansible
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Linux
- Experience with Docker
- Understanding of Kubernetes / K3s: experience in projects or self-study
- Basic understanding of networks at the application level
- Understanding of the principles of secure deployment of systems and containers
- Experience with CI/CD tools
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of AWS
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible
- Experience in deploying Kubernetes / K3s clusters with HA in a production environment
