• Location: Hickory, Kentucky
• Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 per year

Responsibilities

As the Director of Merchandising, you will lead merchandising strategy across multiple sales channels while helping drive product performance and business growth.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies for eCommerce, marketplace, dealer, and retail channels
• Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional planning
• Support new product launches and oversee product lifecycle management
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and category data to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align merchandising initiatives with business objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop the merchandising team
• Monitor inventory, profitability, and category performance to support informed business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in merchandising, category management, retail strategy, or a related field
• Experience developing pricing strategies and managing product assortments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
