Director of Merchandising

• Location: Hickory, Kentucky
• Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising strategy across eCommerce, marketplace, dealer, and retail sales channels in Hickory, KY
• Define and execute product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional plans
• Drive new product launches and oversee full product lifecycle management
• Analyze category performance, sales trends, and forecasting to optimize margins and revenue
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align merchandising strategies with company goals
• Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven merchandising team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in merchandising, category management, or retail strategy
• Strong expertise in pricing strategy, margin optimization, and data analytics
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
