Director Real Estate Sector Coverage – Wholesale Banking (w/m/d)

Willst du ambitioniert und fachkompetent in der Immobilienfinanzierung arbeiten und dabei Teil eines starken Teams sein? Perfekt! Die ING Bank, eine der führenden Immobilienfinanzierer in Europa, sucht nach einem neuen Teammitglied, das zur Weiterentwicklung des WB Real Estate Sector Coverage Teams in Deutschland beiträgt. Wir strukturieren maßgeschneiderte Finanzierungslösungen im Wert von 50 - 500 Mio. € und beraten Immobilienfonds und -konzerne in den Bereichen DCM und ECM. Nutze Dein Wissen und Deine Fähigkeiten in der Zusammenarbeit mit gelisteten Immobilieninvestoren und global führenden Assetmanagern.

Responsibilities

• Du betreust führende deutsche und internationale Immobilieninvestoren und -fondsmanager ganzheitlich und vertrauenswürdig.
• Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen systematisch weiter und generierst neue Leads und Cross-Sell-Opportunitäten.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Strukturierung und Syndizierung komplexer Cross-Border-Finanzierungen und kennst Dich bestens mit der Finanzierung von Projektentwicklungen aus.
• Du setzt zeitkritische Geschäftschancen strukturiert und detailgenau um, koordinierst die Produkt- und Lending-Expert*innen und führst Verhandlungen zu indikativen Term Sheets.
• Du steuerst den Dokumentations- und Auszahlungsprozess souverän.
• Du erschließt kontinuierlich zusätzliche Geschäftspotenziale über verschiedene Produktbereiche hinweg.
• Du verantwortest die Performance Deines Portfolios eigenständig mit Fokus auf kapitaleffiziente Ertragssteigerung und nachhaltige Profitabilität.
• Du entwickelst und implementierst durchdachte VCT- / Kundenstrategien und arbeitest eng mit den Produktabteilungen zusammen.
• Du stellst die Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Vorschriften sicher und lebst den ING Orange Code of Conduct konsequent vor.
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und verantwortest das Onboarding von Kunden sowie die Pflege von Kundendaten.
• Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse in der Immobilienwirtschaft, in aktuellen Trends, Bankprodukten und in aktueller Regulatorik und engagierst Dich in bereichsübergreifenden und internationalen Projekten.

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master in (Immobilien-)Wirtschaft / Finanzen, Management, Recht o. Ä.
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung und Erfolge in Real Estate Sector Coverage.
• Umfassende Marktkenntnisse des Immobiliensektors sowie Kredit- oder Kapitalmarkt-Know-how.
• Kundenspezifische Sektor-Expertise und vertraut mit relevanten Produkten.
• Fähig, Bedürfnisse von Kunden zu erkennen und umzusetzen.
• Kommunikationsgeschick, v. a. in der Stakeholder-Koordination.
• Unternehmerisches Gespür, hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Hands-on-Mentalität.
• Teamplayer, begeisterungsfähig, innovativ und offenes Mindset.
• Offen für kulturelle Vielfalt in einem international geprägten Umfeld.
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
