We are looking for a Doradca_czyni Klienta Biznesowego to join our team at ING Bank in Zielona Góra, Poland. This role focuses on client management and building strong, trust-based relationships with businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop a client portfolio through active acquisition of companies within a designated segment (annual revenue up to 80 million PLN)
• Build a high-value client portfolio by acquiring new clients and enhancing relationships with existing ones
• Establish long-term client relationships based on trust and partnership
• Achieve sales targets in key areas: loans, leasing, factoring, cash management, and non-traditional banking solutions
• Work collaboratively with product experts, credit analysts, and operational teams to ensure high-quality service

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in selling banking products and services to medium-sized businesses
• Higher education (economics or related field preferred) and good knowledge of banking products
• Experience in actively acquiring new clients
• Actively use a category B driver's license
• Enjoy working with people – easily build relationships and understand effective teamwork
• Highly developed interpersonal skills – able to diagnose and understand client needs, conduct negotiations, and apply sales techniques effectively
