We are looking for a Business Client Advisor to join our team at ING Bank in Łódź, Poland. In this role, you will develop client portfolios with a focus on trust and partnership, supporting businesses in expanding their activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop the client portfolio through active acquisition of companies from a designated segment (revenues up to 80 MLN PLN annually)
• Build a high-value portfolio - acquire new relationships and simultaneously develop cooperation with existing clients
• Build long-term client relationships, focusing on a partnership approach based on trust
• Be responsible for achieving sales goals in key areas: loans, leasing, factoring, cash management, and solutions outside traditional banking
• Work as a team - collaborate with product experts, credit analysts, and operational teams, ensuring the high quality of the entire process

Requirements

• Experience in selling banking products and services
• Higher education (economics or related fields preferred) and good knowledge of banking products
• Experience in actively acquiring new clients
• Actively use a category B driver's license
• Enjoy working with people – easily build relationships and know how effective teamwork looks in practice
• Highly developed interpersonal skills - able to diagnose and identify client needs, conduct negotiations, and effectively apply sales techniques
