We are seeking a Business Client Advisor to join our team in Poznań, focusing on client relationship management and sales goals achievement.

Responsibilities

• Develop the client portfolio through active acquisition of companies from a designated segment (revenues up to 80 million PLN annually)
• Build a high-value portfolio – acquire new relationships and simultaneously develop cooperation with existing clients
• Build long-term client relationships, focusing on partnership based on trust
• Be responsible for achieving sales goals in key areas: loans, leasing, factoring, cash management, and solutions outside traditional banking
• Work as a team – collaborate with product experts, credit analysts, and operational teams, ensuring the high quality of the entire process

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in selling banking products and services for the medium-sized business segment
• Higher education (economics or related field preferred) and good knowledge of banking products
• Experience in actively acquiring new clients
• Actively use a category B driver's license
• Enjoy working with people – easily establish relationships and know how effective teamwork looks in practice
• Possess highly developed interpersonal skills – able to diagnose and identify client needs, conduct negotiations, and effectively apply sales techniques
