We are looking for a Business Client Advisor to join ING Bank in Poznań, Poland. This role focuses on developing client portfolios with a strong emphasis on trust and partnership.

Responsibilities

• Develop the client portfolio through active acquisition of companies from a designated segment (revenues up to 80 million PLN annually)
• Build a high-value portfolio by acquiring new relationships and simultaneously developing cooperation with existing clients
• Establish long-term client relationships based on trust and partnership
• Achieve sales targets in key areas: loans, leasing, factoring, cash management, and solutions outside traditional banking
• Work collaboratively with product experts, credit analysts, and operational teams, ensuring the high quality of the entire process

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in selling banking products and services to the medium-sized business segment
• Higher education (economics or related fields preferred) and good knowledge of banking products
• Experience in actively acquiring new clients
• Actively use a category B driver's license
• Enjoy working with people – easily build relationships and understand effective teamwork in practice
• Highly developed interpersonal skills – able to diagnose and identify client needs, conduct negotiations, and effectively apply sales techniques
