About the Role

Tworzymy zgrany zespół, który każdego dnia wspiera firmy w rozwijaniu ich działalności. Lubimy to, co robimy – spotkania z klientami, na których budujemy relacje oparte na zaufaniu i szukamy rozwiązań dopasowanych do ich potrzeb. W pracy cenimy otwartość, współpracę i dzielenie się doświadczeniem. Stawiamy na partnerskie podejście – zarówno w kontaktach z klientami, jak i wewnątrz zespołu.

Responsibilities

• Rozwijasz portfel klientów poprzez aktywną akwizycję firm z wyznaczonego segmentu (przychody do 80 MLN PLN rocznie)
• Budujesz portfel o wysokiej wartości - pozyskujesz nowe relacje i jednocześnie rozwijasz współpracę z obecnymi klientami
• Budujesz długoterminowe relacje z klientami, stawiając na partnerską współpracę opartą na zaufaniu
• Odpowiedzialny za realizację celów sprzedażowych w kluczowych obszarach: kredyty, leasing, faktoring, cash management oraz rozwiązania spoza klasycznej bankowości
• Pracujesz zespołowo - współpracujesz z ekspertami produktowymi, analitykami kredytowymi i zespołami operacyjnymi, dbając o wysoką jakość całego procesu

Requirements

• Co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia w sprzedaży produktów i usług bankowych dla segmentu średnich firm
• Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane ekonomiczne lub pokrewne) oraz dobra znajomość produktów bankowych
• Doświadczenie w aktywnym pozyskiwaniu nowych klientów
• Czynna korzyść z prawa jazdy kat. B
• Lubisz pracę z ludźmi – łatwo nawiązujesz relacje i w praktyce wiesz, jak wygląda skuteczna praca zespołowa
• Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne - potrafisz diagnozować i uświadamiać potrzeby klientów, prowadzić negocjacje oraz skutecznie stosować techniki sprzedaży

• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
