In the Leasing Office at ING Leasing, there is no room for routine! We are a team that combines its strengths, abilities, and enthusiasm in an inspiring atmosphere of cooperation. The product we deal with encourages us to think outside the box and discover new perspectives together with our Clients. In our team, energy never runs out! Our main tasks include building and maintaining valuable client relationships in cooperation with the Business and Corporate Client Advisor, while simultaneously promoting leasing as a financial solution and providing expert knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Building long-term and partnership relationships with clients based on understanding their needs and creating appropriate solutions.
• Preparing batches and recommendations for creditworthiness assessment and monitoring processes in the bank for the leasing product with attention to the quality of the material provided.
• Systematically ensuring the saturation of the portfolio of Business and Corporate Clients with the leasing product.
• Ensuring the profitability and quality of the assigned portfolio.
• Providing expert support to advisors in daily business tasks related to the key product, which is leasing.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate – you will be closely working with advisors in the bank, so excellent communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of the leasing product and basic issues related to financial analysis and creditworthiness assessment processes – previous experience and success in this area are considered a significant advantage.
• Experience in working with business and/or corporate clients in a leasing company.
• Achieving set business goals with attention to the client's experience.
• Being bold in seeking and building contacts.
• Characterized by independence and initiative – we value mutual inspiration within the office and region.
• Higher education (economic preferred).
• Valid driver's license category B.
• Communicative proficiency in English (min. B1) and advanced proficiency in Polish (min. C1).
