Responsibilities

• Active Client Acquisition: Engage in active client acquisition and build long-term relationships.
• Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client needs.
• Sales Proposals: Present sales proposals and prepare offers.
• Product Sales: Sell PZU Group products including insurance, pension, investment, and banking products.
• Sales Goals: Achieve set sales goals.
• Customer Service: Provide sales and post-sales customer service in accordance with PZU Group standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of one year in sales (preferably in the financial sector).
• Education: Preferred higher education in economics, insurance, finance, or banking.
• Motivation: High motivation to achieve results.
• Learning Attitude: Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work in a team and good organization of personal work.
• Legal Compliance: Must declare that they have not been legally convicted of intentional crimes listed in Article 19(1)(2) of the Insurance Distribution Act before signing the employment contract.
