About the Position

We are seeking a Quality Director for a manufacturing company in Poznań, Wielkopolskie, to manage quality systems and team.

Responsibilities

Managing the quality department and developing the team's competencies.
Responsibility for the quality management system and its continuous improvement.
Overseeing the quality of production processes and products.
Monitoring and analyzing key quality indicators and initiating improvement actions.
Managing customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective and preventive actions.
Supervising internal, external, and customer audits.
Collaborating with clients on quality and technical requirements.
Collaborating with production, engineering, procurement, logistics, and other areas of the organization.
Identifying and mitigating quality risks related to processes and products.
Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of components and materials.
Building a culture of quality and responsibility throughout the organization.

Requirements

Experience in a managerial or director position in the quality field in a manufacturing company.
Experience in a production environment with technical products and processes.
Very good knowledge of quality management systems and quality tools.
Experience in conducting root cause analysis, corrective actions, and solving quality problems.
Practical knowledge of audit processes and collaboration with clients and suppliers.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and quality requirements.
Experience in team management and building effective work standards.
High analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Independence, decisiveness, and a strong focus on quality and results.
Higher education, technical preferred.
Very good knowledge of English, enabling fluent business communication.
