Location: Warszawa, ul. Puławska 2, Katowice ul. Chorzowska 50 (3 days a week in the office)

About the Role:

You will join a team responsible for analyzing business clients' credit, collaborating with key stakeholders, and developing high-quality credit processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit analysis of business clients and assess transaction risk
• Make credit decisions within the granted competencies (or participate in the decision-making process)
• Prepare justifications for credit decisions based on financial, industry, and quality analysis
• Collaborate with advisors, risk, and operations in the end-to-end credit process
• Participate in monitoring the client portfolio and identifying risks
• Support the development and improvement of credit processes and decision-making standards
• Share knowledge and support team development

Requirements

• Experience in credit analysis of business clients or in the area of credit risk
• Higher education in economics
• Ability to assess creditworthiness and identify financial and business risks
• Knowledge of financial analysis
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for their quality
• Ability to look holistically at the client and the transaction being assessed
• Proficient in working with data (Excel; PowerBI and other analytical tools are welcome)
• Effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and clearly communicate your conclusions
• Demonstrate independence, accuracy, and attention to quality and timeliness of tasks performed
