Location: Warszawa, ul. Puławska 2, Katowice ul. Chorzowska 50 (3 days a week in the office)

About the Role:

Responsibilities

• Conducting credit analysis of business clients and assessing transaction risks
• Making credit decisions within the granted competencies (or participating in the decision-making process)
• Preparing justifications for credit decisions based on financial, industry, and quality analysis
• Collaborating with advisors, risk, and operations in the end-to-end credit process
• Participating in client portfolio monitoring and risk identification
• Supporting the development and improvement of credit processes and decision-making standards
• Sharing knowledge and supporting team development

Requirements

• Experience in credit analysis of business clients or in the area of credit risk
• Higher economic education
• Ability to assess creditworthiness and identify financial and business risks
• Knowledge in financial analysis
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for their quality
• Ability to look at the client and the assessed transaction as a whole
• Proficiency in working with data (Excel; PowerBI and other analytical tools are welcome)
• Effective collaboration with various stakeholders and clear communication of conclusions
• Demonstrates independence, accuracy, and attention to quality and timeliness of tasks
