We are seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Expert to enhance business processes at PZU SA. You will lead transformative initiatives and implement AI solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify transformative, technological, and process initiatives that increase efficiency and business value in the Business Client Department of PZU SA
• Analyze and design sales, underwriting, post-sales, and operational processes in As-Is / To-Be models
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and technology partners
• Define business and system requirements for new solutions and create a transformation roadmap
• Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and low-code/no-code technologies
• Create and develop solutions using AI, GenAI, LLM models, AI Assistants, and AI Agents
• Coordinate business and system testing and support the deployment of new solutions to the production environment
• Co-create standards for responsible AI use and promote best practices within the organization

Our Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in areas related to digital transformation, business-system analysis, IT implementations, or process automation
• Experience in the corporate insurance sector or related financial services
• Practical knowledge of business analysis, requirement management, and process modeling (e.g., BPMN)
• Experience in projects related to AI, GenAI, LLM, or data-driven solutions
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in working with technology teams
• English language proficiency for working with documentation and business communication
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into specific technological solutions
• Higher education
