About the Position
We are seeking a Sales Manager Private Banking for the Focus Zone East region, covering multiple locations including 's Gravenwezel, Antwerpen, Hasselt, Leuven, and Turnhout. This is a full-time professional position with ING Bank.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team in the Focus Zone East region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (native level).
